1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UniConv (the "Service"), provided by Vovalyx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service & Fair Use

UniConv provides web-based file conversion, compression, editing, and optical character recognition tools. We offer Free, Pro, and Premium tiers with distinct batch and file-size allowances:

• Free Plan: Single file conversions (1 file/task), in-browser processing based on device memory (recommended ≤50 MB), cloud worker tools up to 25 MB, TTS up to 5,000 characters, ad-supported.
• Pro Plan: Batch processing up to 50 files, 100% ad-free interface, 24-hour conversion history, priority worker queue, cloud worker tools up to 25 MB, TTS up to 25,000 characters.
• Premium Plan: Unlimited batch conversions, dedicated priority worker queue, custom watermarks/signatures, 7-day cloud archive, developer REST API plan, cloud worker tools up to 25 MB.

Any attempt to bypass plan restrictions, automate abusive scraping, or launch denial-of-service attacks will result in immediate termination of access.

3. User Rights & File Ownership

Specifically regarding the Watermark Remover and Unlock PDF utilities: you may only use these tools on documents and media that you own or have explicit legal authorization to modify or unlock. Using UniConv to circumvent lawful copyright protection or violate digital rights management is strictly prohibited.

4. Automated 1-Hour File Deletion

UniConv is designed as an ephemeral processing pipeline. We do not store your files permanently. All uploaded source documents and processed results are purged automatically after 1 hour. You are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your converted files promptly.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Premium, REST API) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. For our full cancellation, prorated credits, and 14-day guarantee, please read our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNICONV DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNICONV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
