Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your UniConv paid subscription (Pro, Premium, or REST API) at any time directly through your User Dashboard.

• When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual).
• You will not be billed again once cancelled.
• Your account will automatically revert to the Free tier after the current billing cycle expires, with your conversion history preserved.

2. Refund Eligibility

We believe in straightforward, customer-friendly policies:

• First-Time Subscriptions (14 Days): All new monthly and annual subscriptions are covered by our 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy.
• Technical Inability to Convert: If a technical outage on our platform prevented you from converting your essential documents and our engineering team cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of your subscription tenure.
• Renewal Subscriptions: If you forget to cancel before an annual renewal, contact our support team within 48 hours of the renewal charge for a full courtesy refund.
• API Usage: API subscriptions with excessive API key usage (>80% of monthly quota) are non-refundable unless caused by a verified server malfunction.
